Maybe. Bail can be a tricky aspect of criminal law. You only have one shot at a bail hearing and it is important that you present your best case for the accused person's release in front of the court. If the Crown opposes release and a bail hearing is required, Scot can work with you to develop that plan and put your best foot forward, even if that foot has and ankle monitor on it. Please schedule a consultation in order to discuss options.

Every Family Law case is unique and delicate. It is a transformative situation for you and your entire family. Being aware of that, Scot recommends meeting with you for at least 30 minutes to allow you the chance to see if you want his help through this challenging time of your life. Scot has always believed that a Collaborative method is the most effective way of resolving issues.

Scot has represented multiple families like yours and worked diligently to arrive at the proper answer for the children and the family as a whole. Please contact our office to schedule a consultation as soon as possible. We are sensitive to the timeframes of these files.

No, we do not offer free consultations, but do offer telephone appointments for as short as 15 minutes at very reasonable rates. Contact us today to schedule your consultation.
